Strawberry PBJ Cookies - Gina's Gourmet Pantry
- 1 roll of refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough (16.5 oz.)
- 1 jar of Gina's Gourmet Pantry Strawberry Spread (9 oz.)
- Slice peanut butter cookie dough and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are set and bottoms are golden brown. Immediately make an indentation in center of each cookie with end of wooden spoon. Fill each indentation with about 1 teaspoon strawberry spread.
Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to
