Prosciutto Pear Pinwheels - Gina's Gourmet Pantry

Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (17.5 oz)
  • 1 jar Gina's Gourmet Pantry Pear Spread
  • 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Prosciutto thinly slices (5 oz)
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz)

Preheat oven to 400. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll out 1 pastry sheet into rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface. Spread with ½ mustard, ½ prosciutto and ½ cup pear spread. Sprinkle with ½ parmesan cheese. Roll up, starting with a long side, then cut into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange on baking sheet. Repeat again with remaining pastry sheet, mustard, pear spread, prosciutto and cheese. Bake until done, about 20 minutes.
