Pear Bread - Gina's Gourmet Pantry

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jar Gina’s Gourmet Pantry Pear Spread (9oz)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt, stir into egg mixture. Add pear spread and walnuts into batter. Spoon into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan to cooling rack.
